Jen has been absolutely amazing! Her attention to detail, creativity, and response time is wonderful. As I started to slack on my response time, she would give me a gentle nudge! Since we started working together to rebuild our company website, we have expanded our relationship to include a storefront, forms, and hidden/password protected pages. I would highly recommend Jen and will definitely continue to use her services.

I am so incredibly thrilled with my experience with Jen Chapman Creative. I used Jen several years back to design my first website and when it came time to update and refresh, I gladly chose Jen once again to design my new site. I could not be happier. She is very patient, professional and of course very talented. I will continue to use her for any future projects. I highly recommend her.

Jen Chapman Creative did an amazing job designing a logo for us! We only had a vague idea of what we were looking for and she was able to create a great, simple logo that conveys a lot of unspoken characteristics of the brand we're trying to build.

Jen is a creative Genius. She is patient, flexible, and understanding. On top of that, she is fast and her speed does not compromise her results. We are eternally grateful for all the work she did for us and look forward to continue working with her in the future.

Jen created a beautiful site for me! She took her time getting to know me so the site would reflect my style and how I want to come across to new clients. I am terrible with tech and she was super patient with me. Even after the site was complete she took the time to walk me through the dashboard to manage it and suggested other tools I can use to support my site. Jen, your patience is a gift and I truly appreciate how you interacted with me!

Common Restaurant Design FAQ's

Restaurant branding is an essential component to a successful business plan. Logos and branding go hand in hand, with logo design kickstarting the branding project. Color palette, typography, and graphic design style are just a few points that are considered during this process. Once your restaurant logo is complete, the next step is your menu design: the centerpiece of your restaurant. Your website design is also a key component to your marketing efforts: it is essential that you are found online when customers are looking for the next best place to go eat. Restaurants with a professional website can also provide customers a place to view their menu, check out current deals/promotions, and book reservations, which can do wonders for your brand positioning (especially if you are a new restaurant).

Additional add-ons for your restaurant brand strategy can include a monthly SEO package or professional content writing for any or all of the above items. If a full branding package is currently out of reach, we can always approach projects a la carte.

Yes, you can purchase any of my restaurant branding services separately to accommodate your marketing needs or package them together. I allow restaurant owners to choose which brand elements go into each package to offer affordable restaurant branding services. Review my website portfolio for logo design, business card design, brochure design, flyer design, website design, or restaurant menu design, to develop your brand identity and reach your target audience.

Generally speaking, brand identity begins with your logo design, so you want it to make a lasting impression and provide a unique selling point. I like to begin with the logo design worksheet to build your restaurant brand, which asks a series of questions to help narrow the spectrum when designing your logo. This lets us focus on the styles and color palettes that fit your brand personality. I ask questions such as color preference, logo style, and typography among other things to create a design that will give the ultimate impression and attract customers.

Upon completion of the logo, we begin the design of other branding elements such as your brochure, business cards, other physical materials, and of course your website design. As your brand begins to take shape, we now start to create all assets in your “branding toolbox” such as typography, photography style, patterns and textures just to name a few. The website design is essential not only for new customer discovery, but also as a quick and easy place for potential customers to view your menu before coming in to dine at your restaurant.

The actual timing of completion does vary from project to project, depending on what your restaurant branding entails. Some of those variables can be current scheduling, but most importantly client response time. A good rule of thumb is that your restaurant branding process may take somewhere in the ballpark of two to four weeks for project completion.
